Horizontal Openwell Submersible Pumpsets are manufactured strict quality assurance for years of efficient and reliable operation. Following are some of the special features.They are rugged and efficient. They are reliable and are built to withstand tough operating conditions like low voltages, etc.
This works under water and it rests at bottom of the well.
Prime mover is rewindable, water-cooled motor.
Specially designed water lubricated bearings are used to withstand axial thrust loads with minimum wear and tear.

Wide Voltage Design:
The motor is designed to withstand wide voltage fluctuations from 200 to 400 volts and reduces motor burning in low voltage.

MATERIALS FOR HORIZONTAL OPENWELL:
MOTOR BODY:Cast Iron / Stainless Steel
STATOR: Vacuum Impregnated and epoxy coated for corrosion resistance.Thick end laminations are provided to protect motor windings.
ROTOR: Vacuum impregnated, shot blasted & coated with poly urethene colour for corrosion resistance & dynamically balanced for vibration free smooth operation.
WINDING: PVC / Polyester insulted, water cooled.
JOURNAL BEARING: Leaded Bronze and Stainless Steel, Water Lubricated, having high load bearing capacity
THRUST BEARING: Carbon Vs Stainless Steel and water lubricated to withstand high axial thrust loads.
DIAPHRAGM:Adequately sized to accommodate expansion of water inside the motor and prevent loss cooling water
IMPELLER: Graded Cast Iron & Dynamically balanced.
CASING: High grade Cast Iron.
RINGS: High quality abrasion resistance Bronze.
SHAFT: Stainless Steel of adequate diameter to ensure rigidity and ground to close tolerances.
CABLE SEALING ARRANGEMENT: Designed so that no borewell water with sand can enter the motor
